Web Page Design Services

       Although we primarily specialize in designing Web pages for the deaf community, Starlite CyberBusiness Services can design Web pages for anybody. Just tell us what you want to do on a Web page, and we are capable of doing anything for you. The sky is the limit!

       Our purpose is to get as much information onto the page in the least amount of file space. Also, we prefer light to medium color backgrounds for the sake of Web surfers. Also, we prefer graphics of medium-to-small size, not dazzling ones! Otherwise, many Web surfers would lose patience when they have to wait too long for a Web browser to download a graphic file of enormous size. Likewise, we don't want any potential viewers getting bored or lost because it's taking too long to download your home page! In short words, we must keep our Web surfers happy.

Initial Web page setup:

       We charge our customers $25.00 for an initial page setup. Our pricing rate schedule is determined from a survey of other Web page design services, and is competitive at the lower end. We will post your newly-designed Web pages at our Web site for your review.

First Page (Size equivalent of a 8.5x11 inch paper)

       Simple text-only Web Page (500 words or less) or a mixture of text and grahics: $25.00.

For non-profit organizations & small businesses:

• Extra page (up to 10 pages) $5.00
• over 10 pages $2.50 per page

For large businesses:

• Extra page (up to 10 pages) $10.00 per page
• over 10 pages $5.00 per page

     We are pleased to offer a new technology of making your otherwise-static Web pages dynamic and livilier. Please bear in mind that MS Internet Explorer 4.0 or later version and AOL 4.0 are more capable of executing dynamic Web pages than Netscape is.

Graphics:
       We have an extensive clipart library and some photo archives available for use. We also can scan your color or black/white photos and illustrations.

• First 10 images: No charge
• Above 10 images: $2.00 per image

      Or you can provide graphic files containing your company/organization logo in any format like *.gif, *.jpg or *.tif. Attach those files to your e-mail message to us (no charge for file conversions).

       We do image animation: $10.00 per image.

       We write Java scripts for any application: $15.00 per application

        We do frames: $10.00 extra per Web site.

       We write Perl-based CGI scripts for any application: $15.00 per page.

No Sound available:

        We will not provide any sound file since we are deaf and we cannot hear anything.

Page Maintenance:

       We provide free page maintenance of your page at no charge for the first 3 months and afterwards @ $5.00 per update request.

E-mail Delivery of Web pages:

       We can e-mail the final version of your Web pages to your E-mail address. You need to post those pages to your Internet service provider (ISP) or on-line service like America On-Line or CompuServe. The charge is $1.00 per page.

Web Page Hosting:

We will be glad to host your Web pages at our Web site for free provided that we develop and design your Web pages. However, we will be glad to host your already-existent Web pages for a nominal charge. (please for more information).
